Delivery Times
Everything we make is bespoke to conserve materials & resources so there is a maximum of 5 working days crafting time prior to shipping for all concrete products. Our Home Eco Products will be shipped within 3 days of order (unless purchased alongside a concrete product!). When we post, it is via Royal Mail (2nd class) so please check with them for any delays on their end. We always get a tracking code – email us at ecolytical@gmail.com if you would like it for your records!

How Do We Live Up To Our Ethics?
Our ethics are a big part of how we do what we do. All our concrete is made from sustainably sourced limestone powder, the soy-wax we use is vegan & cruelty-free, and our beeswax comes from a local couple who practice ethical beekeeping. The bees are the priority so we may not always have beeswax in stock for your candles! Packaging: Is It Really Eco?
The quick answer is YES! The long answer is we use recyclable cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape that has a vegan water-based glue. We don’t buy our wrapping paper, it is all second-hand donated from friends and family when they order parcels online. All our orders are are packed with dissolvable starch-based packing peanuts so your products will arrive with no broken, nasty surprises!
